Over this time Lee has created and rapidly grown new companies and new divisions with a focus on the development of new business and the recruitment of great teams with the skills and expertise to deliver.
Industry verticals where Lee has been established include Commercial Real Estate, Property Investment, Healthcare, Entertainment, Professional Services and Information Communications & Technology. Such a diverse level of corporate experience highlights Lee's abilities to lead Synetek in the role of CEO.
As the company's Chief Executive Officer Lee not only leads the development
of the company's corporate and business strategies but is also responsible
for the identification of new business opportunities and corporate sales activities.
Jason Polites - Chief Technology Officer
Jason has been active in the ICT industry since 1997. During this time Jason's
influence has been varied across many government and private sector software
engineering and systems development firms, including Australia's then largest
Internet software development company, ZIVO.
Through senior roles in the project management and delivery of major ICT projects Jason has been responsible in all aspects of the industry including operations scoping, capital raising and core software development.
This extensive experience with well established groups and support to several IT start-up companies led Jason to co-found Synetek Systems Pty Ltd, where he currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer.
James Cattermole - Non-Executive Director Appointed to the Synetek Board in March 2007 James has extensive International experience in the identification of new business opportunities, strategic development and corporate transactions.
Experienced as both a senior business executive and ICT entrepreneur James' input into the strategic direction of Synetek Systems has and will continue to significantly contribute to the company's successful execution of its global growth and partner strategies.
Andrew Bruno - Solutions Architect
Having joined the company in 2005 Andrew is currently Solutions Architect,
overseeing the day to day implementation of Synetek technology by the
technical team into LeaseEagle®, MailRevive™, ExchangeSync™ and SYNestore™. As an
internationally experienced team leader Andrew is key to the on time
delivery of our leading technology and future growth.
Having started his career in the mid 1990s, Andrew has held many senior systems engineering positions in Australia, Asia and Europe, working on successful projects in the areas of GSM mobile internet (WAP & GPRS), eLearning, eHealth, collaboration and open source.
